The Overthinking Hangover Fix

A nervous-system reset for your overthinking mind

For high-achievers who are tired of replaying, overanalyzing, and second-guessing every decision, and want a nervous-system-based way to finally feel calm, clear, and focused again.

This might sound wild, but what if your “smartest” thoughts are the very thing keeping you stuck?

You’ve probably tried to think your way out of things. To analyse every angle, get it right, fix it fast, or finally feel at peace.

But overthinking isn’t about not knowing enough.

It’s what happens when your system is overwhelmed, when emotions haven’t had space to be felt, and your brain tries to take over to keep you safe.

Under stress, your capacity to regulate shrinks. The part of your brain that makes clear, aligned decisions goes offline.

So you stay stuck in the loop: overthinking, overcontrolling, overstimulated and exhausted.

This guide isn’t another mindset hack. It’s a space for your body to process what your mind can’t solve…

So you can come back to clarity, presence, and trust in yourself.

What happens if you continue letting overthinking dictate your life?

👋🏼 Hi, I’m Andreea.

I’m a CBT and ACT therapist with a somatic approach and a deep nervous system lens. My work is also informed by Compassionate Inquiry, an approach that brings gentle awareness to the emotional roots of stress and patterns that keep us stuck.

But beyond the titles, my work is about helping you reconnect with your body, make peace with your emotions, and find the calm strength that comes from inner safety.

Before this path, I worked as a civil engineer. That chapter taught me how easy it is to disconnect from the body in the pursuit of results. My mission now is to help you work with your body and emotions, not against them – creating a life that feels grounded & joyful.

Let me answer some questions you might be asking yourself:

Where do I receive the guide?

Right after you download the guide, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can access it. However, you’ll also receive an email with a link to download the guide instantly, so you can come back to it later if needed.

Once you download the guide, the bonuses will be instantly delivered to your email, along with The Overthinking Hangover Fix! It’s that easy 🙂

It’s perfect you did, because it means now you already know what doesn’t work. This guide is different. It’s not about forcing your mindset, it’s about helping your body feel safe enough to stop the loop. And that’s exactly what I had in mind when coming up with the right tools and guidance to include in The Overthinking Hangover Fix! It won’t help you try different journaling strategies, teach you new affirmations to say in the mirror or do more mindset work. Instead, it will give you a science-backed approach that is proven to work in the long run, one I used myself and recommend to clients I work with in my 1-1 sessions.

If there’s one thing I could say to you right now, it’s this: working on years of unresolved traumas and personal beliefs takes time to reverse. However, you could feel a shift in your state from the very first read, if that is what you’re looking after. This isn’t about hacks, it’s about sustainable, lasting change. Overthinking doesn’t simply “go away”, it needs to be worked upon and nurtured, as it is a part of you.

Absolutely! This was made for planners, perfectionists, overthinkers – specifically the ones who live in their head. You don’t need to be emotional to benefit from these tools. You just need to be ready to try a different approach to stop the overthinking gently, sustainably and in a healthy way, so you can learn to keep it at bay in time.
