👋🏼 Hi, I’m Andreea.

I’m a CBT and ACT therapist with a somatic approach and a deep nervous system lens. My work is also informed by Compassionate Inquiry, an approach that brings gentle awareness to the emotional roots of stress and patterns that keep us stuck.

But beyond the titles, my work is about helping you reconnect with your body, make peace with your emotions, and find the calm strength that comes from inner safety.

Before this path, I worked as a civil engineer. That chapter taught me how easy it is to disconnect from the body in the pursuit of results. My mission now is to help you work with your body and emotions, not against them – creating a life that feels grounded & joyful.

Here’s the journey we will experience together:
Week 1 – Awareness & Reset

We begin by understanding how stress lives in your body and mind. You’ll start noticing the patterns you’ve been running on — not to judge them, but to create space for something new.

Week 2 – Vision & Direction

Week 3 – Safety & Grounding

Here, we look at what you’ve been carrying - the beliefs, roles, and coping patterns that once kept you safe, but are now keeping you stuck. And we start to meet those deeper needs in healthier ways.

Week 5 – Releasing shame

Burnout often comes with self-blame. This week is about softening that inner voice, releasing shame, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Week 6 – Rebuilding identity

Who are you, outside of what you do or how much you give? You’ll begin to step out of survival identities and reconnect with a version of you that feels whole, calm, and honest.

Week 7 – Inner power & Worth

Your value doesn’t come from proving yourself. This week is about building inner safety and self-worth that don’t depend on constant doing.

Week 8 – Breath & Flow

We explore the power of breath to reset your energy, shift emotional states, and bring ease back into your system - anytime, anywhere.

Week 9 – Boundaries & Assertiveness

You’ll learn how to set and hold clear boundaries - not by building walls, but by standing in your truth without collapsing or overexplaining.

Week 10 – Releasing blockages

We work with what’s still stuck - the physical, emotional, or mental blocks that keep pulling you back into old patterns. This is often a breakthrough week.

Week 11 – Integration & Resilience

You’ll begin weaving everything together. We’ll focus on how to stay grounded under pressure, how to recover faster, and how to trust yourself more fully.

Week 12 – Living in capacity

The final week is about anchoring what you’ve built. You’ll leave with tools, practices, and a deeper connection to yourself - so this doesn’t end when the program does.
